Out walking alone to visit a friend walking alone, she was 8 years old.
What about a trusted adult to accompany any children out of doors?
What about getting on par with Scandinavian countries age of consent?
What about nationally legalizing prostitution?
What about the government subsidizing legal prostitution cost and
making the cost of visiting a legal prostitute the average cost
of a mixed drink?
What about second offense violence/rape of a child--automatic castration?
Third offense life in prison no parole possibilities and no
segregation in prison, i.e. they have to be with all the other inmates in the yard
and cafeteria.
